Attention!!!
All Visitors or Bidders must report to the office
to check in or register before continuing further onto property.
Viewing of Vehicles is limited to the two hours prior
to each auction. (7:00A-9:00A, Saturdays) Only Registered
Bidders are allowed to view vehicles.
Registration Requirements:
Auction Day Admittance
is restricted to employees and Registered Bidders only!
One Guest will be allowed per Registered Bidder.
Identification:
Registered Bidders and Guests are required to
wear Identification Bracelets issued from the registration
office at all times while on the property during an auction. Bracelets are
non-transferable, do not remove your bracelet if you leave the property and
plan to return later. Lack of proper identification will be considered
trespassing.
No Minors
under the age of 13 years allowed. All Minors aged 13 and over
must remain with their guardian at all times.
Thank
you for your attendance and adherence to these rules. Doing so will provide an
enjoyable and safe experience for all.

BIDDING IS SIMPLE AND EASY WE
ONLY REQUIRE 2 THINGS.
· VALID IDENTIFICATION WITH CURRENT ADDRESS
· $200.00 (TWO HUNDRED) DOLLAR CASH DEPOSIT WHICH IS FULLY REFUNDABLE AT ANY TIME
DURING THE AUCTION. VEHICLES MAY BE
PAID FOR WITH CHECK OR CREDIT CARD AS WELL AS CASH, BUT THE DEPOSIT MUST BE IN
CASH.

1. |
No bidder will be recognized unless A bidder card is being used.
You are responsible for the use of your bidder card. |

2. |
Vehicles accompanied by a *star* in the comment column and
paid for on auction day will have titles available on the following WEDNESDAY, UNLESS YOU HAVE AN OUT OF STATE DRIVERS
LICENSE THEN YOUR TITLE MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER TO OBTAIN. ALL VEHICLES
PURCHASED MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE TITLES WILL BE PROCESSED. "DO NOT SELL
OR PUT ANY MONEY IN THE VEHICLE BEFORE TRANSFERRING THE TITLE INTO YOUR NAME
FIRST" |

Vehicles must be paid for and picked up within 3 BUSINESS days AFTER the auction. Henry's reserves
the right to re-sell any vehicle after the 3-day
grace period AND YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT!!!! ALL DEPOSITS
RECEIPTS MUST BE TURNED IN BY THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY
AFTER THE AUCTION OR YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR DEPOSIT!! |

No one will be permitted to remove a vehicle until the auction
is over. |

5. |
No vehicles are to be left on Wakeman Court at any time, OR
THE SURROUNDING PROPERTIES!!! |

6. |
ANY VEHICLE LEFT IN OUR LOT AFTER WEDNESDAY WILL
BE DISPOSED OF. |

7. |
Anyone caught removing any item from a vehicle will be asked
to leave without a refund of your deposit and you will be banned from all
future auctions. |
|
8. |
The successful bidder will purchase the vehicle or loose the
deposit, be banned from all future auctions and be turned over to a
collection agency. |
|
9. |
Vehicles will be removed from Henry's property before any
repairs are made. |

10. |

11. |
All vehicles will be sold as is. "NO REFUNDS"
HENRY'S IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE YEAR, MAKE, MODEL OR MILEAGE. |

12. |
PAPERWORK
WILL ONLY BE PUT IN THE NAME OF THE REGISTERED BUYER, ABSOLUTELY NO
EXCEPTIONS. WHEN CALLING ABOUT TITLES, YOU MUST HAVE AUCTION-LETTER AND
NUMBER READY (EXAMPLE) P-27. WHEN PICKING UP TITLES, ALSO YOU MUST HAVE THE
BILL OF SALE WITH YOU, NO EXCEPTIONS.

IN
ORDER TO OBTAIN TITLE PAPERWORK FOR A VEHICLE, IT MUST HAVE SOLD FOR AT LEAST
$250.00. IF YOU PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FOR UNDER $250.00 ON AUCTION DAY AND DECIDE YOU NEEDED TITLE
PAPERWORK, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE UP TO THE $250.00 LIMIT. ALL TITLES MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN
90 DAYS OF PURCHASE. |
