Notice of Public Auction of Vehicle
Pursuant to Prince George’s County Code § 26-142.13, HWS LLC d/b/a Henry’s Wrecker Service will sell at public auction the following vehicle: 2007 Chrysler Sebring, VIN:1C3LC46K67N558036. The auction will take place on October 2, 2010, at 9 am at 10700 Wakeman Ct, Manassas, VA 20110. The vehicle will be sold to the highest bidder. Payment in full is due at the time of sale in cash or certified funds. Pursuant to Prince George’s County Code § 26-142.13, the buyer will take title free and clear of any claim of ownership or lien, shall be entitled to a sales receipt from the Director of the Prince George’s County Department of Environmental Resources and shall be entitled to obtain a certificate of title of the vehicle and to register it in his own name.
